EASE OF USE
Using Prospectik is particularly easy. You only need to complete the "prospects sheets" present in the Myprospectik site (the subscribers area) at each meeting with potential clients. The tool has been designed so that a dozen questions are enough to qualify the prospect.
The originality of our tool lies in the rigorous mathematical approach used. Indeed, we have developed a mathematical model that allows you to assign a single score to all prospects met. This score takes into account a set of relevant criteria, as well as the "utility function" underlying these criteria.
The criteria used in our model are the result of a reflection of nearly 2 years and of the opinion of a panel of experts advised. For ease of reading, these criteria were grouped into five categories in order to make the reading and interpretation of results easier and more intuitive.
Prospectik works instantly, which means that at each addition, the model immediately delivers its results, its ranking and mapping.
For an easier visibility and readability of the results, all scores were mapped in a few concise and precise graphics. These patterns allow you at a glance to assess your portfolio of prospects and to focus yourself on the most promising contacts.
The data can be exported in CSV and used in spreadsheets(excel,...)

If you participate in many fairs throughout the year, you can completely customize the decision maker preference model, ie in other words, the mathematical model, and the criteria used as a basis for intelligent processing of data.
